Project Waves

Project Waves is an experiential based pre-orientation program for first-year students. More than sixty students participate in the week-long program immediately prior to the start of Orientation and the start of classes in August.  After a day on Duke's campus, participants will travel to the seaside town of Beaufort, North Carolina and Duke's Marine Lab for a week of sailing, surfing, kayaking and other marine activities.
